  1. Promotion validity

    • Active for all customers with a valid account.

    • Valid every month, from the first to the last day (local time).

  2. Promotion mechanics

    • 5% cashback on net losses generated in the Sportsbook.

    • Calculation: [Valid bets – Valid winnings] x 5%.

    • Only losing bets placed during the promotional period are considered.

  3. Minimum and maximum amounts

    • Minimum cashback payable:

      • 10 USD / 10 MXN / 10,000 CLP

    • Maximum cashback payable (CAP):

      • 360,000 CLP / 6,000 MXN / 360 USD

  4. Qualification requirements

    • Eligible bets: singles or multiples with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection.

    • Excluded:

      • System bets

      • Enhanced odds / boosted odds

      • Bets placed with other bonuses

      • Cancelled, refunded, or cashed out bets

  5. Bonus crediting

    • Credited within 5 working days after the end of the month.

    • Refund is credited as a Sports Bonus.

  6. Wagering requirement

    • The bonus received must be wagered at least 1 time (x1) on sports bets before withdrawal.

    • Only bets with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection and at least 2 events contribute.

    • Excluded: cancelled, refunded, or cashed out bets.

  7. Bonus duration

    • Bonus valid for 7 days from crediting.

    • After this period, any remaining balance will be removed.

  8. General conditions

    • Promotion is subject to the general rules of the site.
